The Nasty Default

I would have never thought I would be in the hands of a nasty default of injustice. The nasty default I am suffering is with Honor J. Kevin Chason.

Let me give you a little history concerning Mr. Chason. Mr. Chason worked under my sentencing judge, A. Wallace Cato, who sentenced me under void indictments, no search warrants, and no proper investigation. So basically, I have been falsely imprisoned for 20 years. I have been fighting for my case for 20 years. I filed a writ of mandamus motion to recusal and affidavit of poverty. I have never seen a judge deny their own recusal. Crooked as you can get. I filed an appeal which put me eligible for a suspended bond. When I was found guilty August 17, 1997 for murder, I received a superseded bond because I didn't into no trouble on regular bond.

My lawyer was a public defender, Billy Grantham. He said under oath, "I do solemnly swear to (or affirm) that I will conduct myself as an attorney or counselor of this court truly and honestly, justly and uprightly, and according to the law; and that I will support the constitution of the state of Georgia and the Constitution of the United States. So help me God." He took this oath in vain. Let me tell you why.

Every day, I had to call Mr. Billy Grantham or go by his office to see him about hearing anything about my appeal. Very nasty default. All of sudden, August 13, 1998, my foster parent Liz came by the hotel where I living and working. She said, "Jennifer, you didn't know you was supposed to be in court August 12, 1998." I said no, but I was just in Mr. Grantham's office asking if he had heard anything about it. Mr. Grantham said no, that he hadn't heard anything. My foster mom had to turn me in because she was my bail bond personal. I end up with a bench warrant in my life, as if I had to jump bail.

Mind you, I couldn't understand why unmarked cars or people on feet were following me. I remember coming out of my hotel room. Getting into the car with my cousin-in-law Rhonda to go to my second job care girl. When I saw a white guy dressed in casual clothes across the street walking and watching me. You would have thought I was a drug dealer wanted by the secret indictment unit. Clearly, I never sold a drug in my life. I didn't understand what was going on.

Once I got my transcript, I learned the Supreme Court had ruled on my case July 6, 1998. Mr. Grantham filed filed reconsideration on July 31, 1998—which was denied. Remember, Mr. Grantham kept telling me he hadn't heard nothing. Being low down and treacherous because of what I am—an African-American in poverty.

Which leads me to believe of what other traps they set in this case. Because I looked as shy and scared, wanting to stand up for myself. Clearly, this was a nasty default. The whole state representative was crooked. Even if they thought I was going to run back to New Jersey—because that was where I previously moved from—why would I run when I know I had done nothing wrong? Just because someone has an accusation against you don't make them true. Just because someone drags you in the courts of law doesn't make it true either. You see how easy it is to over-exaggerate situations. Makes it seem so true.

Mr. Grantham did get away with this nasty default. Currently, I have an appeal pending in the Supreme Court. So I filed a superseded bond in Decatur County Superior Court. Judge J. Kevin Chason said the following:

"It appears from the records in the office of the clerk of this court that the defendant was convicted of felony murder on August 17, 1997 under OCGA 17-6-16(g). No appeal bond shall be granted to any person who has been convicted of murder. Very biased and prejudiced personally. Therefore, defendant's motion for superseded bond is hereby denied."

The legal clerk and I looked this OCGA code up. It does not exist.

Another nasty default by this judge. Clearly, you are biased and prejudiced against my case. According to OCGA 5-6-46, 5-6-37, and 5-6-38, 17-6-15, I am eligible for a superseded bond because, right after my trial, I got out on a superseded bond. I was found guilty of murder. The reason he denied my motion is not because "a convicted murderer shall not be granted a bond." It's because I'm an inmate. He feels I know too much. So he's playing me as if I don't know what I'm talking about. He ain't going to acknowledge no inmate just because I am an inmate. You're not going to treat me as if I don't have no rights.

You see the nasty default in this. It took them two days to convict me on hearsay evidence, which is not permissible in the state of Georgia. These two days ruined my life. But it's taking more for people to admit they're wrong because their pride is ruling. Nasty defaults happen all the time. It causes people their livelihood and destroys their families while these people continue to reign in authority.

Which is just not right.

When a judge or president of the United States cannot admit that they were wrong, that is sad. The saddest thing—they have all these lives in the palm of their hands. If they don't get what they deserve on earth, which is judgment for taking advantage of the disadvantaged people, Judgment Day is coming with the Lord. I hate to say it, but these leaders are going to lift their eyes up in hell because of the way they have shed innocent blood. For the ones who don't believe, it's a hell.

A lot of these leaders sit in these churches. Such as my lawyer. He had a church home. But the Lord was not in him when he was dealing with people and cases during the week. Monday through Friday, he was bringing destruction to people who were helpless.

Our government in the United States is bringing destruction to people: the homeless, the children, the disabled, the senior citizens, the people in poverty, the immigrants, the mentally ill, the single women, the college students, the veterans, the widows. Instead of our judges, the district attorneys, and the president helping others with other judges and district attorneys, they are so hunger to put people away so quickly. The same way with Donald Trump. He is personally judging these immigrants.

Before it's over with, I am going to say this: the very thing you try to teach somebody else, make sure that the lesson is not just for you. When you try to make somebody else suffer, you end up suffering even worse.

I had a family member who was taking care of me in my helpless estate. They stopped because they wanted to teach me a lesson because they felt I was spending too much money. I was hardheaded, wouldn't listen. They handled me like I was a child. They began to belittle me and tried to make me feel unworthy. This individual had won a lot of lawsuits, so they had money. Now they have nothing. So now they're asking other people in the family for money, and was I rejoicing because of their misfortune? Absolutely not. You reap what you sow. Whatever you put in the universe, that's what you will get back.

This person vowed to help me till I got out of my helpless estate. Donald Trump and Judge Kevin Chason took an oath to do right by the people. That oath was not to cause harm or injustice to the helpless people. God sees the motive of the heart, for every people that is suffering injustice by the hands of judges, district attorneys, family, friends, mates, government, and Donald Trump's oppressive behavior—God is not in the business of allowing people to get away with mistreating others for too long. Judgment is happening on earth. God is in the business of defeating our enemies. The ones who are into the body of Christ. Praying for change in everything along with the right actions.

Psalms 35. This is my battle psalm. I want to share this psalm with you all.
"Contend, Lord, with those who contend with me;
fight against those who fight against me.
Take up shield and armor;
arise and come to my aid.
Brandish spear and javelin[a]
against those who pursue me.
Say to me,
'I am your salvation.'

May those who seek my life
be disgraced and put to shame;
may those who plot my ruin
be turned back in dismay.
May they be like chaff before the wind,
with the angel of the Lord driving them away;
may their path be dark and slippery,
with the angel of the Lord pursuing them.

Since they hid their net for me without cause
and without cause dug a pit for me,
may ruin overtake them by surprise—
may the net they hid entangle them,
may they fall into the pit, to their ruin.
Then my soul will rejoice in the Lord
and delight in his salvation.
My whole being will exclaim,
'Who is like you, Lord?
You rescue the poor from those too strong for them,
the poor and needy from those who rob them.'"

Go read the rest in the Holy Bible (NIV). Psalms 35. Also read Psalms 91. Holy Bible.

Quick testimony: When my mishap was going on, my landlord evicted me in one day because of the false allegation that was against me. He was hasty to me. He said things that were not true about us.

What am I getting at is, who said this? That I am sending these illegal immigrants back to their country because of drug smuggling? For only some of that is true. When you have a false allegation and you are being deported because of a cold-hearted ruler, I pray for this landlord. Not only did his marriage end up in divorce court, his children were taken away by his wife and he has lost his position as a landlord. I am not rejoicing over his misfortune, but some people reap what they sow here on Earth before Judgment Day.

This nasty default—we need to tighten up on immigration has went to Darn for. When you got families living in places where they are caged like animals and children taken away from their parents, they are living in foster care. I lived in foster care. That is not for no child, for real. Majority of the time, the child comes out traumatized because of the many things that happens in foster care.

For all the Americans, United Nations, and any continent supporting anything Donald Trump—you are dead wrong.

Donald Trump and his supporters, their's is a Judgment Day coming. You will have to account for each innocent who shed blood. That is on your hand. And I'm talking about someone who has been killed. Some cases because some innocent immigrant has lost their lives. How many tears have been shed, sickness suddenly struck these innocent people—amongst others things. You hurt these people, especially the children who are being placed in a cage. They are not animals. In the court of law, this is cruelty to children. So now our government legalizes children being mistreated.

According to my feeling, Donald J. Trump should have been placed in somebody's cell by now because he has gotten away with things that your average citizen can't get away with. It's just amazing how people who were close to him went down. But he remains standing. I truly believe he is a cover up. I don't like nothing that has happened in the White House since Donald Trump has been president. It's been a lot of nasty defaults. No, it doesn't count where he is trying to reunite the children with their parents. The damage is done to the parents and the children. Donald Trump had the nerve to make stipulation on somebody else's child. The nerve of you. For real, you need to give them people back their children and let them go, point blank, just like you found them.

Second of all, leave these immigrants alone. If they have done nothing drastic, let them people live. Crossing the border minute. They just want a better life, that's all.

Oh my God, chill, people. There are more serious things to be concerned about. Darn, even Jesus had mercy on people. Some rules are meant to be broken. Not everyone in the world is perfect. Everybody breaks some type of rule. Even the president—who didn't pay no taxes but got away with it. Remember, hells. Celebrity, etc. tax evasion. What happens to you.

Come on, people. We are doing too much with our political system.

John 9:14-16: The Jewish Sabbath, Saturday, was the weekly holy day of rest. The Pharisees had made a long list of specific do's and don'ts regarding the Sabbath. Kneading the clay and healing the men were considered work and therefore were forbidden. Jesus may have purposely made the clay in order to emphasize his teaching about the Sabbath, that it is right to care for others' needs, even if it involves working on a day of rest.

Even Jesus had mercy. Who are we to be unmerciful to anyone? We want mercy, but the truth of the matter is that most people don't want to show mercy.

For me, I desire that Donald J. Trump be impeached out of the White House before his term is up. Because he has really messed with every country and our country by dealing like this is a business and the wretchedness. Oh my God, why is there so much drama and so many people's lives destroyed? This is not of God. Donald said he is a Christian, but God says he will give you wisdom if you asked how to make any decision. Nobody can tell me God says to do the immigrants like that. Nobody can tell me God was behind the health care drama or the budget drama and many other such instances of foolishness.

Angelica, I don't know what God you are serving because everything I've seen has been chaos. God is not the author of confusion. Angelic Faith, you all was some of the his biggest supporters. Some still are. God wouldn't have the whole White House with all one race. Prejudiced people do.

God will have people people from different races, cultures, and backgrounds in the White House and the government. Each person is unique to God, and every person serves a purpose in this life. America, United Nations, and continents—everyone is unique in God's eyes. You are unique. God put you in the position you are in for a reason. Make the difference that needs to be made for your country, your prison, your jobs, etc. I don't believe it's in vain.

Be encouraged because God is getting ready to do great things for us. All of what Donald Trump is doing is setting up for God's glory to shine in America—everywhere. The enemy is using Donald J. Trump to stop the plan of God, but God says his plan is going to come forth. God can do all things. No plan of God can be thwarted.

I sat back long enough and watch the show. But now I am saying things have gotten too out of order. The media is being killed. I wonder why those people dead at the newspaper company. People take what Donald Trump says and hum with it in their minds. I believe with all my heart that the shooting was linked to Donald Trump's opinion that the media is bad. Some people's mental states are not stable. That is why it is so important for our leaders and people in the light to choose wisely the words you release out of your mouth. Because everybody is not stable. Do you have to walk on eggshells? No. You have to be mindful.

It's time for the nasty default. Donald Trump needs to go and Judge T. Kevin Chason needs to go. They are doing too much.
