Mail Problems
We've been having some issues with mail here. Mail being returned without modification, mail being passed out to the wrong prisoner. And you have some men who will open the letters, check for stamps, and throw the letters away. I've even heard of letters being dropped in the hall. Some letters are being returned due to people using the old 7819 N.W. 228th St. address. That's no longer accepted. And people putting 100 instead of 1000.

So if you've written me and haven't heard back, then one of those two things happened. I didn't receive your letter or you didn't receive mine.
'Cause it seems we also have an issue with outgoing mail as well. I received a letter last night form an individual I wrote and clearly, she didn't receive the letter.
