I want to say happy birthday to my brother Tim (11-12), my aunt Alice (11-7), and to Nancy (11-16).
Tigana, my love. I got your blog message from around the 12th or 13th. Less than two weeks, that's good for here. The mail room here is normal. Okay, a mess. My hand's not writing what my brain is telling it to. :) But in my defense, my hot pot was unplugged this morning and I'm waiting for my coffee water to heat up. :) Getting a message here is almost as good as a letter, love.
I'm glad we don't get hurricanes out here, but we could sure use the water off one or two of them. I do think about you and how you're doing whenever I heard a hurricane coming up on the east coast. Be safe. I don't have much of a map of Georgia. The only city shown on it is Atlanta. Someone could send me a 8"x10" print out map of Georgia with all the cities and roads/rivers/lakes on it. As long as it's not a map of the prison or surrounding area, we can have it (most of the time, anyway). :)
I believe that by now you've had your surgery on your eyelids. I hope it is healing fast and there is no pain with it. I remember when I had the operation on my shoulder to cut out the cancer. There wasn't a lot of pain during the healing time. A good thing too, as I was in a place/prison where there was no pain—
