So glad you share some of my viewpoints. Even though I have a tendency to be paranoid, I do believe there's a scheme afoot to perpetuate the corrections industry. If any meaningful rehabilitation were to take place, prisoner numbers would decrease—no repeat customer. If prisoner numbers decrease, corrections employees of all kinds would be laid off.

So why would the interested parties ant to do some things that would eliminate their job position when right now it's a booming and growing industry with fantastic salaries and benefits?
