MEDICAL STAFF LYING
I'm sitting here suffering in excruciating pain. My mother calls medical to try to get them back here to do something. A nurse, Kelly here, calls my mother back and says, "I sent a nurse back there. She asked him how he was. He said fine or okay."
Now, we've got video back here that'll show no nurse came back here. So, one of those nurses or both of them have lied. And in doing so, they have violated 33-208.002 section (19) Rules of Conduct. And P-Dorm 6 Wing left side bottom floor will substantiate that these nurses have told a boldfaced lie! No nurse will be seen on video stopping here.
So, if you've got a loved one in the FDOC, the one thing you can truly count on is staff lying to your face. And they'll not think twice about it! They don't care about your loved ones. They only care about shutting you up and blowing you off. Centurion Healthcare is all about the money.
So, believe nothing you hear from them. And believe only half of what you see.

Because lying to family members, VIOLATING the Rules of Conduct is unacceptable behavior for a medical company that's been put in place to ensure adequate healthcare is provided.
