To JPay

What I don't understand about JPay is why is there a constant problem when our family members go to send us money. It's rejecting them out at the machines and some over the phone. I've emailed you a list of my people who are approved to send me.

My dad has been sending me money for a decade. My mother in law, the same, as well as the children. Your response didn't make sense. I've spent thousands of dollars investing in your company among other peers. Why such poor service to us?

Second, all privacy is very vital. Why is it that people in the free world can see the amount of money we have in our accounts and who can send us money? There was already one hacking incident at JPay. Somebody who is computer savvy can attack our accounts or somebody who is approved, and they can charge it. This is becoming a problem because a lot of family members are using this JPay machine but get denied to send money to their loved ones.

Nothing is not wrong with their cards because other places are accepting their cards. Some are not able to process their money through the phone. Same matter. This has been an ongoing problem for a year and a half. This needs to be resolved and the problem needs to be found, so the correction can take place.
