Dear Assistant Warden Knox,

Greeting. I'm coming to you to extend an olive branch and see if we can at least establish a line of communication. I know that you tell my Friends, Senators, House Reps, and others, that inmate Clark is lying, he does this when he doesn't get his way. "Well you know thats not true. If I was lying in these letters, Formal Complaints grievances [ect]. you could write me a disciplinary report (DR) For a 9-10 "Lying to staff member or others in official capacity" And no one has done that, because every complaint that I've written contains nothing but the truth. I've had inmates tell me they (staff) lie, we should lie too. No, not me! I'm not going to lie. There's no need for it. If I write something its 100% legitimate! I also want to be able to pass a polygraph examination, or a voice stress analysis if the inspector General or any other official ask me to take one.
We started off on a bad foot on July 12, 2017, I hadn't been there two week's, when someone sent staff to my cell to take nothing but my writing materials. An act of reprisal. Warden Jordan admitted that it shouldn't have happened. If you recall MR. Palmer even come in here and met with me about this, due to senator Bean getting involved. And then we had the issues with sgt. Blue in in August/september. I left that alone. Staff has violated 33-208.002 Rules of Conduct in this building so many times that I can't count. Thats beside the point. Let's look at the things that I've tried to change and ask for. It's issues and things that we're entitled to.
