The Facade Of Justice

The presumption of innocence is an inalienable right, guaranteed throughout the American justice system, which can only be removed when found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Even so the presumption of innocence remains an inalienable right, throughout the appellate process as well . Since the integrity of the law, can be violated on the trial level, to make it appear the evidence of guilt is overwhelming beyond a reasonable doubt ! Ideally the presumption of innocence will never be circumvented at anytime, in order to protect and guarantee the integrity of the law ! Any facade of representation that seeks to circumvent the integrity of the law can never be allowed to go unchallenged, otherwise the integrity of the law holds no merit, as it would render the presumption of innocence meaningless... Since the presumption of innocence is, and always will be the keystone to the American justice system ! If in fact, the legal system in America was ideal, and my case proves it isn't .....
