Axe makes a point--a majority of those making up the current population fail to put themselves in a use in anything other than blind sheep ollowing the herd, despite the cliffs ahead. Not very "intelligent"; and to make it worse, many that do show the needed intelligence use it in an immoral way--usually for profit.
Look at the people we let run our country!
They seem to forget it's a privilege to be voted into office and not some God-given right that they seem to see through their delusions of grandeur.... Look at how the protests are going right now: American law enforcement, and their government counterparts really have no idea of how to deal with it other than to respond to peaceful protests with the violence we've all ben seeing. The best expression of this is an artist's work I seen on the news showing one of my favorite paintings: "Christina's WOrld" by Andrew Wyeth, that I believe belongs to the Brandywine River Museum--but the reproduction shown on TV, showed a SWAT-gear clad officer with a giant can of Anti-bear spray being dumped in her face.
And for those unfamiliar with art, Google the painting and you'll most likely recognize it--but keep in mind "Christina" is a crippled girl stuck in that field looking on at her home so far out of reach. She's so thin, and harmless; in need of help.
I just hope this country wakes up.
The economy is corrupted...
The law is corrupted...
Most of the population itself is corrupted...
The religions are mostly corrupted...
A lot of charity foundations, corrupted...
Why? Because those in leading positions, whether it be a judge's chair, senate seat, or the state house--do not face severe enough consequences for their immoral actions.
One place I hope, for their people's sake, and the world's, finds some intelligence is North Korea! With this new leader they have a chance finally to catch up with the rest of the world and realize 1984 and their Orwellian style of government needs to become a thing of history--something their future learns from, and vows never to do it again. They could become a peaceful nation that joins modern humanity.
Turn their missiles into rockets, pointed to the stars.
