Who understand the government anymore?

I don't think anyone understand the government any more because everything is so confusing. Especially with the Republicans. Who wants to shut down a government because its got to be their way or hit road. These are some of the most stubborn people I have ever seen in the government, from our education, being able to eat, pay bills, put gas in the cars, basically, the whole livelihood.
