Hi Joe, thanks for chiming in. I don't know why the original comment here was deleted, and I'd never even have known there WAS a deleted comment if you hadn't said anything! Sadly, if they get deleted before BTB sends my copy (that usually takes at least a week and up to 3 or 4 weeks), then I never get to see it at all. I guess someone flagged this one quickly, said it was abusive, and it probably was. But still. I've asked before and I'll ask again, when someone leaves a nasty comment, I think the best thing folks can do is reply to that comment with their own. Say it's nasty; say it's unwelcome. Point out why it's wrong. When we stay silent about the troll comments, they just get what they want and one one can see that anyone else opposes them (or even stands up for me). I do appreciate people's concern. A lot! I just wish they'd show it more explicitly, and also allow me to see what's been posted on my blog. I don't like getting nasty comments - who does? - but I'd like a chance to respond to them, and I'd LOVE to see others respond to them too. It does feel nice to know someone will come to your defense a bit.
