"Phone Justice"

October 2007 Father died. He had
struggled financially prior to death paying high
rates from correctional institutions receiving
collect telephone calls.

Father was the only person assisting
me to prove factual innocence to overturn 35 year
miscarriage of justice.

Am I able to reach out by calling toll
free #s from WSPF speaking with non-profit organizations
for legal aid? No.

I am not connected with anyone from
society willing to champion against injustice of my
wrongful imprisonment.

Family abandoned because unbalanced
field & doesn't want to face same financial burden of
collect call phone bill. The battlefields clearly slanted
to favor the states interest & telecommunication executives.

Intellectually from their perspective,
easily they exploit the impoverished inmates & family
via social/economical & educational oppressive controls
which are in place denying full & equal access.

The game is sophisticated. Some self
serving legislators statutorily side policy with tele-
communication giants lobbyist due to past, present &
future fundrasing efforts at the citizenry expense.

He whom controls the purse wields the power.
The Presidents the sword, the judiciary the shield $
Congress controls the purse.

For billing purposes Congress, Dept. of Corrections
& telecorporation moguls enter into strange bedfellows
contracts where percentage of profits awarded to state
DOCs based on inmates making collect calls. Truly is
designed as revenue stream incentive to redistribute
wealth from families of inmates the middle class ones
labled as 99 percenters flowing upstream in the guise
of capitalism to elitist 1 percenters.

Economically this severs ties of family members &
inmates telephonically, deny inmates full participation
excuse me, denying inmates full participation in social
norms.

With Government officials blinded by materialism,
favoritism, & nepotism, State Dept. of Corrections & the
telecommunication conglomerates self regulate collect
call phone rate increases within prison system victimizing
repetitiously 1 percenters.

Please enmasse grassroots movement. Remedy
what alls inmates. Have you watched "Secret Millionaire"
on ABC? Philanthropy & altruism heals.
