Joshua Jones #1664772 Housed here at the McConnell unit. I am here in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division. I'm writing this on the behalf of my Case in Walker County, Texas, Huntsville. Jones have reason to believe that he wasn't competent enough to understand the totality of the repercussions of the plea agreement he signed. Jones has been under mental health doctors since childhood. He has taken psychotropic drugs for that long as well. So, According to the record he has also abused drugs for nearly as long.
