Yes, this is smart, send a copy to the warden who's committing these unlawful acts and victimizing me. And push the issue off on the Inspector General. But it doesn't surprise me. This just came in the mail today Sept 24, 2012 at 2pm. Thought I'd share it on the blog. All it is, is rubber stamped.
