JUSTIFY MY DEATH SENTENCE

I'm on death row...for one reason and one reason only: because I wouldn't take a plea bargain. See the below Phone-O-Gram that was sent to my trial attorney on September 21, 1990 at 2:25pm, stating that Re. Ronald Clark-offer on life is open until Sept. 25. Had I taken that deal, I'd be getting out in February 2015. I wouldn't take the deal, because my co-defendant, who stole the gun, shot this man, stole this man's truck and then tried to sell the man's truck who he killed, well he was getting a lesser sentence. He did 11 years 2 months, and he's back on the street again.

He's been arrested one other time, since being released and that was for beating up his girlfriend. This is a man who also beat his wife and children up in 88 or 89, and assaulted his[?] mother in the early 80s. I actually stepped in front of him n 84 and stopped him before he could hit his mom.

The state attorney made a deal with this man, paying him to testify against me, and put me on death row for a murder that he committed, paying him with a lesser sentence, putting me the accomplice

on death row, and allowing the murderer to already be back on the street. Here I am every morning waking up in this cage. This Hell Hole! And he's waking up in a nice soft bed next to a woman.

American justice is just so sweet isn't it?! It's not even close to being the best. It is the best at one thing, perpetuating a fraud of equality!

I get sentenced to death...all because I refused to take an unfair deal. This didn't become a death penalty case until I refused to co-operate with the scum a** District attorney's office.

This American death penalty is about as unjust as it gets!

I have critics coming on to my blog putting their two cents in about how I shouldn't have anything, when my co-defendant the F---ing murder has his G. D life back! I stew in this anger, but I control it.

And for those who sit and judge me for all the stuff I've done, all the mistakes that I've made, I've never claimed to be perfect. In fact I admit my many flaws. I'm the most flawed human being there is, but there's nothing fair about me, sitting in this damn cage, while the murderer walks the streets a free man!
