Dear Mr. Clark Jr.:
On September 13, 2012, the Office of the Chief Inspector General received your complaint from the Office of the Attorney General, in which you expressed various concerns about Union Correctional Institution, including alleged assault, breach of death row security and retaliation.
After having had the opportunity to review your concerns, by copy of this letter, we are referring your complaint to the Inspector General for the Department of Corrections for review and response within 60 days to the office. We will then review their response and contact you with the results of our review.
