TO FRESHEN
(SONNET)
Because, you are beautiful as beauty be!
This poem starts with the beautiful woman
Fragranced like roses to freshen this summer; we
Speak a speech of literature's art man-to-woman
And vice versa, and, either or, - or
Christina is no ugly beauty to fuse a muse,
Something I've been meaning to tell you, or
Some way to come to say what some refuse
To let fall from their lips like licks upon
The body of exposure, irresistible like you.
I fight against oppression, pushin' back when pushed on
Like touchin' a spring re: presses: "I need you".
So speak and pen me no sour honey for me being me,
And expressing this need creative for the flower you be!
