As you can see here, I've got a lawsuit in concerning the criminal conduct and constitutional violations that took place here. What I need is an attorney. Only problem is, they're not interested unless they can make some money. 'Cause the U.S. judicial system is all about the MONEY.

RE: Ronald Wayne Clark, Jr. v. Kenneth S. Tucker, Secretary, etc.
Case No.: 1D12-4659

Dear Mr. Clark:

This letter is written in response to your "Affidavit in Support of Reprisal Disciplinary Reports..." received in this court regarding the above-referenced case. I write to inform you there will be no action on your affidavit as it is not in the form of a proper motion styled in this court and it does not appear to request action of this court.

I note that all arguments regarding the merits of your case should be contained in a properly styled and served initial brief. Additionally, allegations of misconduct by corrections officials at the institution where you are housed are properly sent to the Florida Department of Corrections Inspector General and not this court.

As well, you are still required to comply with this court's order of September 28, 2012, requiring you to pay the $300 filing fee or submit a lower tribunal order of insolvency. Per this court's order of October 22, 2012, the court has granted you an extension of time to comply until November 19, 2012. I note that there will be no action taken in this case until the filing fee is addressed.

I hope this information is of assistance to you.

Sincerely yours,

Jon S. Wheeler
Clerk of the Court

JSW/mm
cc: Hon. Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General
Jennifer Parker, DOC General Counsel

On Friday 11/16/12 I filed a motion for another extension. 'Cause this place is hindering my access to the courts.
