RA-King Speak: "Mirage" (Essay)
People tend to get caught up in the issues of the physical realm. Never giving thought to or ignorant of the true identify of the spirit (one's true self). Sex, cars, clothes, money, etc, dictate the false illusionary happiness of the unenlightened. While the spiritually enlightened understand that true happiness is not a physical trait, and to gain its access one must travel the right ways and actions. Principles such as: discipline, order, loyalty, love, respect, honor, being of noble character, earnest studying of the knowledge of self and kind in order to gain an understanding of the planet and universe, so one may see his or her place in this life. This mental soundness paired with prayer/meditation hones the spirit lying within the flesh, and has the ability to make one's existence on Earth as it is in so-called Heaven/Paradise. Going against the above stated principles leads to living a mirage. Nothing is as it seems, you must dig beneath the surface to uncover Truth, true love, and satisfaction in life (happiness). Anything less is a grafted version of the original, and can only serve to bring/give you a minor/momentary contentment, keeping one caught up in a constant chase of the pursuit of happiness, which is what parents all addictions. Not just drugs addictions, but also sex, money, material, and any other things that serve to be counter-productive to one's own spirit/self. All that you seek is found within, not without.
