Merry X-Mas

by Oscar Jemal McLeod (author's profile)

Merry X-Mas

Never go alone
Just the fallen rain and I;
It's only through the crack in
The confining walls am I able
To spread my wings and fly;
Internally waterlogged
And I can't even cry;
Though it's X-Mas,
All I can do is try;
So there, on the tail end of a
Subtle chuckle, I mutter;
Merry X-Mas
To the fallen rain and I...

Merry X-Mas, 2012

The One Less Spoken

For what mystery is deeper
Than those pondered majestic
Wonders of the human's heart?
