Currently, a legislative bill has been drafted and is in preparation to be presented to the Pennsylvania General Assembly for consideration and vote (to be approved or disapproved).
This legislative bill is proposing PAROLE ELIGIBILITY AFTER 25 YEARS for all men and women serving "life imprisonment" sentences throughout Pennsylvania who were 18 years of age or older at the time of their offence(s).

But consider this:
What if your loved one was killed by someone, and 25 years later you were walking down the street and saw the person who killed your loved one. Just saying...how would that work?
