1 Corinthians 13:4-7 and Nehemiah 8:10

Praise be to God! Today is the day we celebrate the fact that Jesus Christ rose from the dead. He lives, brother! And that is why I now truly live. Like you, I realized my life was lacking something that ALWAYS seemed just out of my grasp. I used to think booze and drugs could get me there but they couldn't. When I did finally swear off drugs I felt like I my life did improve but something was still missing. Where was peace, joy and contentment? I was just going through life full of regret and what ifs. I had let myself down and earned a sentence of death to the life I had wanted and even dreamed for. I no longer had any dreams. I was truly walking the walk of the "Walking Dead". No hope. No joy. No future. Just existence. I had reached the end of myself. Thank God!

Because that is when I was ready for an encounter with the Risen Lord. He reached out to me and offered me rebirth. His offer is LIFE! Peace, joy and hope. No more bondage to ANYTHING! Just freedom to live without shame, guilt or fear. Praise God!

All Christians can now walk daily in resurrection power because the same Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead now resides in us! We now have the ability to love with God's love. And as we daily abide in Him we are being transformed into His image. We are all "works in progress".

I remember my past but I have no desire to repeat it! However, there are some people from it - like you - that I would like to build new memories with. Hopefully we'll be able to have direct contact in the near future.

Randy; I'm so thankful for the hope and joy we both have in Jesus Christ!
You were moved to Jackson CI couple months ago.
I wrote to you there. Haven't heard back. You still there?
