under the global entrenched intractable written standing enforced laws, i don't have the right to physically defend my self against this system of racial & class justice, of imprisonment & torture, i feel obligated as a human being to defend myself against this, for my humanity, so this makes me a racial & class extremist, & this system will use this to justify my repression, in that i have a political style of defense.

this system will further justify my repression by saying i'm antiestablishment, in that i can only effectively defend myself against this system by organizing, which this system see's as my being terroristic, this is all i can do to defend my humanity, & there by defend humanity, against a system which is also a threat to humanities planet earth. i'm involved in a on going on off individual/personal hunger/work strike in solidarity with the on going prisoner strikes across this country. all of this make me a target of this prison administration, a administration which is skilled at using my race to reinforce me being their target, by getting their inmate stooges to feed in to targeting me. i was a target of a assassination attempt by a white supremacist leader because of my civil rights work in society, which is why i'm in prison. in prison i was a target of a assassination attempt by a white supremacist inmate who informed this prison administration in writing shortly before the attack that he wanted to kill a black person. we ended up on the same work detail together, with me the only black person on the work detail. the guard who headed this work detail made constant jokes about me being killed, so after the attack i filed a federal civil rights lawsuit stating this made for a hostile work environment for me & contributed to the hostile atmosphere of the attack. after several months this suit was dismissed with prejudice, stating i should take it up with the inmate who assaulted me.
