Heads up! Newsflash!
On April 17, 2013, the United States Senate failed to pass gun background check legislation.
No doubt, like in 2012, President Barack Obama, then seeing a time for change on the Equal Marriage Act, and Immigration Act, rode that change to re-election in November - now see clearly the guns hot issue, as a way for Democrats to retake the house in 2014 elections.
The Republicans, once more, having not learned the political phenomenon of Obama, and changing times, is being set-up with the same old political maneuver to shock and losing in 2014.
