Friday August 9, 2013 11:50am: Just been messing with some art. Fixing to work out here shortly. Wrote a couple of letters this morning. Was just watching The View, only because it was Joy Behar's last day.
2:25pm: Just been messing with this art. I did some exercising. Knee is really bothering me. Talked to the nurse this morning about it. She says I'll have to wait until medical changes over to the private company.
6:35pm: They started showers from the wrong end, so won't shower until about 8pm. I'm going to watch some of the Miami Dolphin game. It has been really hot in here today. Be glad when the summer is over.

Saturday August 10, 2013 7:22am: Didn't get any mail last night. Not sure what all I will do today. Need to work out. I'll do that about 9am.
10:13am: Just finished working out. Now trying to cool down before I wash clothes and bathe, which I'm not going to do until after lunch.
5:40pm: Did some art for a couple of hours. But it's been too hot to do anything today, so I've laid around, watched some T.V. and listened to music.

Sunday August 11, 2013 9:00am: Already worked out, bathed, washed clothes. Fixing to work on an art project that I started awhile back and didn't finish. Other than that, not sure what I'll do.
6:00pm: It's been too hot to do anything in here today. It's got to be 100 degrees in this cell right now.

Monday August 12, 2013 8:03am: Wrote a letter this morning and then doing some walking. They called Rec on the north side, so hopefully they will call 6-Wing this afternoon. Need to get out of this cage for awhile. I hate this cage!! Also heard there's going to be visitors coming through at some point today.
11:27am: They just called recreation. I'll be going out in about an hour, so I need to get ready.
3:49pm: Just got back in from rec. It was really hot, and I enjoyed it. Did some pull ups, dips and walked around and talked to several guys. It was just nice to get out of this cage. Last in the shower tonight, and there's only one shower working, they're working on tiling the other shower. So for next few weeks we're only going to have one shower. After dinner I'll wash clothes.

Tuesday August 13, 2013 8:22am: Just finished cleaning the cell bars. Wrote a letter. I've got to go to the law library today and the property room. So I'll work out later today. It's supposed to be another hot day. Feeling like it's 107 degrees.
10:16am: Just finished working out. I didn't want to wait. I hate sitting around waiting, not knowing when I'll go to a call out, how long I'll be, when I will get back. Last night a guy down the hall had a seizure and fell out. They brought him back, but they just took him to medical again. Well, guess I'll wash up, and get ready for my call out.
3:58pm: Went to the property room at 12:30. Law library at 1:30. Still need to bath and wash clothes. I think I'm going to do some more crunches before I do that.
6:05pm: Worked out at 4:30 till 5, washed clothes and bathed. It's like an oven in here. Fixing to lay down and try to stay cool.

Wednesday August 14, 2013 6:40am: Just seen on the news the United States Supreme Court has said Marshall Gore is sane and can be murdered by the state of Florida in the name of God, justice and the American way. And so the Governor who's bloodthirsty, enjoying these killings, has Gore set to be killed on September 10. I've got to write a couple of letters and then work out. So time to get to it.
1:14pm: They called us for recreation, but then didn't come get us. I was sure hoping to go out. Guess I'll wash clothes now, then decide what to do next.
5:17pm: It's an oven in here!! I'll be so glad when this summer is over. Should be first in the shower tonight, if not I'll bathe in here. I don't feel like waiting until 9pm. They didn't do any work on the showers today. Damn, it is HOT!!

Thursday August 15, 2013 6:05am: No mail last night. Still have some writing to catch up on. Hoping for rec this morning, it's supposed to rain this afternoon. I'm going out either way, they call rec, open my door so I can get out of this cage, then I'm going.
11:06am: Canteen came this morning. 4 + 5 Wing went to rec. I'm hoping we will go this afternoon. I haven't done anything.
4:33pm: Well, they didn't come for rec. I worked out, just finished eating and at 5pm I'm going to wash clothes, bath and call it a day.

Friday August 16, 2013 11:19am: Just finished washing clothes and bathing. Went to rec this morning, only got 2 hours. They messed up the count again this week and had master count. So we lost an hour of our yard. I played basketball like an idiot. Knees are already hurting. Need to do some writing. Had to clean my locker out this morning, ants all in it. One of the fish from the canteen had a hole in it and attracted ants.
4:30pm: Not a very productive day. Should have stayed away from that basketball.

Saturday August 17, 2013 9:25am: Didn't get up until 5:30. Still tired. Just set up to do my workout. I'm going to start here in 5min. Wrote one letter this morning. Didn't get any mail last night. Didn't get my shower until after 9pm. I went into the shower they just finished tiling, it's a sorry job. If I was doing that, I'd have pride in my work and make it look professional. That looks like someone was drunk and stoned out of their mind. I'm going to say something when I see them tile guys Monday. 'Cause they should be ashamed of themselves for putting junk work out. That's the way it is in here with food and all. No pride in what they are doing. Just throw it together. Sorry inmates. Lazy no good human beings.
5:30pm: Not a productive day. I did work out but that's it.

Sunday August 18, 2013 5:05am: Just waiting on breakfast, after that I'm going to work out. I should get a visit today, get out of this cage for 6 hours. I've been up since 3:30, I did not have a good night's sleep. I woke up a lot, I think it was from this back door being slammed.
8:20am: Just finished bathing and washing clothes. Worked out from 6:30 till 7:45. Not a bad one. Now waiting to go visit.
4:26pm: Had a nice visit with my mom. Heard there's a new rule that the FDOC is trying to pass to stop inmates from blogging. I'm trying to get it so I can read it. They want to do it so they can abuse inmates, beat them and kill them so we can't report on the abuse. This will be challenged in the court. Well, I'm fixing to lay down and relax and call it a day.
