MY STORY
WRONGFUL CONVICTION

MALICIOUS/VINDICTIVE "race-hate" prosecution without probable cause of jurisdictional "standing" of a bona fide legitimate victim. RACISM, genocide, utilizing an illegal alien to come to court, to LIE, to commit perjury, to wrongfully convict, aka MURDER. I was wrongfully convicted of assault w/a firearm and criminal threats upon drafted named victim [redacted]. Summarily condemned to an inordinate draconian sentence of 16 years of slavery, NEUTRALIZED death by long-term incarceration. The crime NEVER even happened, the lying white racist-dog prosecutor [redacted] simply LIED and made up these crimes.

HUMANITARIAN APPEAL

Need assistance to INVESTIGATE and to publicly EXPOSE the corrupt Riverside County (case no [redacted]) California Ku Klux Klan District Attorney's Office for RICO conspiracy of witness perjury, complicity and accessory - all to KILL an innocent black man.

THE FACTS

1. On 7-15-01 [redacted] voluntarily REPORTED to 911 sheriff's dispatcher [redacted] inter alias homicidal threats made against a black Jane Doe by a black John Doe. [redacted] answered that she had "no visual" and that "she had saw no weapons" as is confirmed by that dated 911 transcript and unheard 911 tape.
A. The arresting deputy [redacted] dated police report indicates that he interviewed [redacted] at the alleged scene and she responded that she had not been abused or threatened with a firearm by me (see 7-15-01 dated police report).

2. On 8-22-01 DDA [redacted] in RICO conspiracy five weeks after the fact sent her Mess-ikan investigator [redacted] (former 21 L.A. Rampart gangsta) to interview [redacted] ALONE in the privacy of her home - as a results she reported "the suspect was holding a handgun... pressed against the woman's HEAD" (investigator's report).

3. On 6-26-03 [redacted] TESTIFIED at trial inter alias "I am sure - it was a gun." (RT-139:12) "...but the most IMPORTANT thing is that he had the gun to her head and he was telling her he was going to kill her." (RT-145:11-13) "but the things that I HAVE ALWAYS SAID is that I saw the gun to her head." (RT-151:11-12) and she is POSITIVE (RT-162:10).
A. ALBEIT, in self-impeachment Rodriguez testified her husband Francisco contradicted her "he would tell me to go to sleep, that - that they (couple) were 'just arguing'" (RT-126:4-5).

4. UNDISPUTED REBUTTAL - 911 sheriff's dispatcher [redacted] testified inter alias that Rodriguez was a PERJURIOUS LIAR, because she had initially told her that she had "no visual" (RT-302:20) and she saw NO weapons (RT-304:7-8). (See also 911 tape/transcript).
A. In COLLABORATION Deputy [redacted] testified that he haven't received any info that a gun was present/visible (RT-224:27-28, 225:1).

5. At trial Deputy [redacted] testified inter alias on BEHALF of the "unavailable" named victim Joyce R., that she had told him that she had not been ASSAULTED or THREATENED w/a firearm by me (RT-211, 225, 226).

6. PROSECUTION MOLESTATION of a nine-year-old girl: DDA [redacted] called [redacted]'s daughter [redacted] to COLLABORATE her mother's perjurious testimony. Trembling, tearful little [redacted] testified that she couldn't identify either her mother's victim or perpetrator; she described a misdemeanor SHADOW brandishing of firearm 4 hours prior to (RT-193, 197, 198, 199).

7. Trial boycotting. [redacted], two years prior to trial testified under oath on 8-30-01 repudiating the vicious white racist LIES of DDA Lucky of her VICTIMIZATION, DENYING that she had been ABUSED, THRE4ATENED, nor was she AFRAID of me or to tell the police anything she wanted to who gave her a ride home ALONE (RT-34:1-19, 35:5-9, 43:6-7).
