In civil defense for the Syrian revolution, or any civil defense, it can't be helped to look at the state of Israel's civil defense program, because the state of Israel has the most comprehensive & the most advanced civil defense program, in fact what the state of Israel has in a civil defense program, is really a civil defense lifestyle, which also has to be the objective in revolution civil defense, which starts with a focus on civil defense by all those who are concern with civil defense, which includes extensive preparations, extensive planning, & extensive drills, on a individual & group basis, in their particular areas, that they find themselves in throughout a typical day, with a focus on individual & group short term & long term survival & security, there is a covert or a need to know only aspect to civil defense, & there is also a lone survivalist type, & they should be respected, civil defense structures in practice are matriarchal, which in practice makes for a effective civil defense structure.
