On Tuesday, October 01, 2013, President Barack H. Obama held a press conference, which was carried on the TV networks.
Naturally, the government shutdown, 8 days in, and upcoming debt limit vote dominated the conference.
Clearly, the most predominate reporter question pertained to why President Obama would not sign the House Republicans piece-meal spending bills funding for specific programs, example - Fema! His response is located eleswhere!
But here it's extremely important to seriously note the Republicans aim to degrade and usurp the presidency to signing their bills while they alone run the whole federal government in his and senate Democrats stead.
