Howdy again!
Yes, the Hole is how we commonly refer to "segregation". Usually, you're in a cell with one guy, so it's not really "solitary" per say.
U.S. prisoners—and the legal system in general—are insane. They are now holding people after their sentence is over and civilly committing them for life. This is now used against sex offenders—and crimes are awful—but I'm sure they'll try to expand it. Plus, when they leave prison, they still have to report monthly, sometimes for life.
I am trying to avoid psychos, but the problem is that the psychos don't always avoid me. I have to live with these psychos. It's awful!
I have to ask—where'd you get your screenname? I'm assume it's from Et in Arcardia ego?
