Dear Rita,
Howdy!
I am the youngest of six kids, and I am estranged form them and all my other relatives. They have always treated me like crap. Only one friend stuck by me and I've known her since 1985. All my other "friends", some of whom I know for even longer, all abandoned me. I don't think much of people like that either.
Otherwise, I don't have anyone. I've gotten some new pen-pals, but they usually don't last long. My ex-partner is in another prison. He claims to love me, but never has tried to stay in touch or do anything at all for anyone but himself. I was the one who saved all our personal property and paid to take care of it all, even though he made much more money than me. Charming.
I am going to write you at the hotel. I hope you get it.
I hope you have a great Christmas! I wish I could go shopping with you—I love shopping!

I am not such a shopper, but if I have men surrounding me and liking to shop, well... at any event I would be excited too... I guess??
I would prefer to go hiking instead.
George and me dream sometimes what we would all do together? There is just no ending to that list!!!
Too bad for that beautifull crocheted work, Kelly. If you need a helping hand and a prisoner likes to write you and she doesn't send the mail, or way too late, I am willing to receive the letters and mail them to you. Just tell me, ok?
