Dear Katzen,

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and for your comment. It's greatly valued and appreciated, as well as your consideration concerning my present situation.

But like you expressed in your comment:

Life is full of lessons and we all learn from them differently and in our own time.

I'm here to ensure you that being in prison has strengthened me within more ways than I can explain. But to share a few with you: I've learned that either you control your attitude or it controls you.

It's a lot easier to react than it is to think. It's not what happens to people that's important; it's what they do about it.

It has taken me a long time to become the person I want to be. Withing closing, I've learned that no matter how bad your heart is broken, the world doesn't stop for your grief. No matter how far away I've been, God will always welcome us back.

Thanks again for your reply to my profile.

Sincerely,
James
