This is proof that Tallahassee didn't even look into this DR 213-0140287 and that our garbage grievance system here in Florida is broke, it's a waste of time and money. Grievance appeal 14-6-10206 shows that.

You should have written/requested for it to be taken off years ago. This was your responsibility to take care of it.

This bogus garbage response just proves that our grievance system here in the Fla. Dept. of CORRUPTION is a garbage system that's broke and does not work. For see Amended Response 1403-213-079 dated March 31, 2014 reversing this, yet Tallahassee is rubber stamping a denial without any investigation. The only reason this DR #213-140287 was overturned, was because my friend Anne sent emails and phone calls. Had it not been for her, I'd still be on D.C. for this bogus D.R. that should have never been written to begin with.

You have provided no evidence to support your statement that you requested this website to be discontinued. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the Disciplinary Team to consider the facts, review the statements/evidence, and determine the credibility of witnesses. In this case, the Team accepted the reporting officer's eye-witness account as the most credible.
