This was not a good review in 1403-213-079. The responder T. Key is part of classification. See attached. Requested dated 3/5/14 and informal grievance #3-14-057. I was given no notification by Mrs Mahoney that this website was still up. I tried in 2005-06 to have this pen pal website and others taken down. I don't have any way of going online myself and checking what sites are still up. www.angelfire.com was placed up in 1999, I was 31 years old. Clearly this 15 year old site was up before 33-210.101(9) was implemented the rule clearly states "No inmate shall be subject to discipline if the ad is not removed subsequent to submission of the written request." Mrs Maohney never even notified me that this 15 year old website was still up, she just issued the DR. For this reason I'm calling for this DR 213-140287 to be reversed to not guilty. For Lt Jefferson and Sgt Oventrop in 2005-2006 can verify that I mailed out numerous letters back then to have the websites list in informal log #3-14-957 removed. And I can't do any more than that.
