I'm grieving the fact that classification Mr Mahoney wrote me a DR #213-140287 a 9-14 mail violation under 33-210,101(9) if the ad was up prior to the rule being implemented, the inmate is to first be given a chance to remove the ad. The ad that's in question, at www.angelfire.com is 15 years old. The front page shows that I was 31 years old when I put that up. I turn 46 next month. The crosses was something I made in the 1990s when we had hobby craft to make them. We haven't had those hobby craft items since the FDOC stopped them in late 99 early 2000. At which time we were permitted to sell hobby craft. 33-210.101 9 was not put into effect until 2003. Further more I received a DR #213-052887 in 2005 for a penpal ad that had been up since 99 or 2000. At which time I wrote -
www.friendsbeyondthewalls.com
www.survivingthesystem.com
ccadp.org/ronaldclark.htm
prisonpenpals.org
www.cyberspace-inmates.com
www.angelfire.com
And gave those letters to either Sgt. Oventrop or Sgt. Sallie who mailed them requesting these sites be shut down. I can't control anything beyond that. I compiled with the rules set forth in 33-210.101(9) removing or requesting to have removed all websites where I was requesting penpals. So I'm calling for this Dr 213-140287 to be dismissed. For Sgt. Oventrop and Sgt Sallie will verify they mailed these letters in 2005, 2006. And it's clear angelfire.com is a 15 year old ad by the photos, art work and my listed age of 31 years old with my birthday listed at April 20, 1968. Thank you for your time and hopefully your help.

Good grief - bureaucracy, eh?!
I don't know if this will help or even be relevent, but www.angelfire.com is a website used to host other sites, it's not any individual's own webpage. Your own address would be different. (I didn't even know it still existed until today, it's definitely a relic from the past!)
Best wishes,
