Re: Personal Property

Greetings.

Today is the 26th of May and to date, I have now been out of the SHU for three weeks and three days.

You would think I'd be happy as hell, waking every morning with a smile from ear to ear.

But it's not like that at all. Sure, I was finally let out of the SHU. But I am pissed and I'm beginning to feel like these dogs are intentionally dogging me.

They still are holding my damn property. There's no reason for them to hold it this long unless it's to give a guy a hard time. And I'm doing everything possible to restrain myself.

I ain't been out here very long. I would not miss a damn thing if I go back to the SHU.

And if this is the way they are gonna act, I doubt that I am going to last out here. Because I will not take not shit from anyone, and that goes for these dogs too.

Each day I'm getting more and more pissed off. If it wasn't for these other prisoners around here telling me it's how they are around here and not to take it personally. The prisoners here have went out of their way to assist me. They have given me all the things that I need until I get my personal property back.

This style of the program here is one for prisoners who have been in disciplinary problems. I did all my SHU time and more for whatever I did in the past. I don't think it's right to have all these dumb restrictions. Really, I just want more yard time. Twice a week is bullshit.

But then maybe they're mad because their dog friend I was suing bit the dust. If so, that gives me a little satisfaction. :} What other reason could they have to be doing this petty type of action? That seems like retaliation for something I must of did.

I can't wait to write to the hunger strike attorneys to put them up on all the bullshit I've gone through since I was released from the SHU.

Okay, I'm out for now. Don't know when I'll be able to send these letters in. Without my addresses, I'm just writing and setting them aside.
