All who have read the first parts of my story I thank you. Due to me being in the process of being moved to another prison, I have stopped writing in order to refocus as well as wait to give you all my new address. however i would like to take this brief opportunity to talk about myself and my "new" mind-frame for the future. First of all, in my story I talk about being a gang-member. My whole life up until three years ago i've been "cripin". What changed me? All I can say is a little bit of life and a lot of God bringing me to my consciousness. Over the year's I've set out to bring something positive to my 'hood due to taking away from it. True gang-bangers love their 'hood thats why they die behind it. Being kids, we don't know how to "put it down" for the 'hood without destroying it along with our lives... like I did. Realizing this, I know that if I really wanted to change the facts of all my homies dieing or going to prison, I must first change myself. So I did. I'm no longer Cripin, Im just a 'hood dude who wants to do something positive and effective for my 'hood / community. I'm in the process of structuring a "real positive gang" called "Y.O.U. Gang" (Youths Organizing Unity) More of this will be popping up in the future. However, Im calling out all of you in society who's willing to help me form a positive effective movement for inner city / urban kids who are influenced by the streets and gangs. who's down? yeah I'm in prison, but who says I can't make a difference? I know with your help and God, all things are possible. I am also structuring a pen pal club (free of charge) for prisoners in my unity who are "conscious minded" and ready to give back!
