Masturbation To Female Staff
Over the years, since men's magazines were banned from California's prisons, there has been an alarming number of incidents of inmates exposing their erections to all female personnel. It was never like it is now. They have this special jump suit that the perpetrators wear. It has a paddle lock on the back and only the cop has a key to it. However, many inmates squirm out of these suits when they go to the yard and reoffend when they go to out [redacted] yard.
There are no real penalties that these guys care about. They are all temporary restrictions. 90 days max on any penalty given to them. What they should do is take all their property, make them dispose of it or send it home, and house all of them together in the same building where female staff do not work.
This administration does nothing to protect the female staff from these assaults. I know I would not want a man doing that to my sisters. I plan on drafting up a resolution and submitting it to the CDCR headquarters.
