Sorry about my handwriting. I suffer from multiple birth defects and injuries of both elbows...
As I stated in my 10-31-16 letter, I was abused and mistreated at Waupun Memorial Hospital, Agnesin Healthcare (620 W Brown Street, Waupun, WI 53963), and it's all caught on camera! To a 60-year-old man! Please feel free to copy and distribute my abuse allegations on Facebook, Twitter, Google, or any other websites. Especially any and all elder abuse advocacies.
