Let's talk about the Immigration Ban. I don't care if you are the president, citizen, the United Nations, or a continent—we've got to stop pointing fingers at each other. Come to a common ground on this issue according to the Constitution and laws of the United States which should never be violated. Yes, Donald Trump may have the authority to say, "I don't want John to enter." But to point out a certain religious group, saying that they enter the country and ban them from governmental funds as long as they have their visa and proper documentation process, they are free to come and go. Every one of these people and their families should file a lawsuit. We don't oppress people to make them feel like they are nothing or nobody.
Donald Trump, you're wrong and so are the people who are backing you on this. To say "radical" to blame the cause of all of our problems—that is a lie. I will name two different situations off the top of my head.
The shooting in the Orlando Florida night club at the gay club. He was on a terrorist list for a while so why wasn't he being monitored? Then you allowed him to purchase an assault rifle. Whose fault was that? Not the people in Yemen, Iraq—those seven countries. They were on PSD. Cellphone records or computer hard drive given to him. A lot of them were just minding their own business. He might have been trying to become a radical Islamic with ISIS. Yes, his actions were horrific, but it could have been prevented by the government and law enforcement. If someone goes on my terrorist list, they are not being released off of it that easily. I will be monitoring every move. That's when prevention should have kicked in.
The last shooting in the Florid airport with the soldier from Alaska. He was hospitalized for a mental institution for only a couple of weeks. If he would have come to me with a complaint like that, I would have kept him until his mind was stable. Truly the problem was on the federal government. They caused every person's lives that was taken in that airport that day. Where we're the people from the seven countries of people that day? Minding their own business.
We have to take responsibility for our own actions. Time and time again, the US government has messed up with these terroristic situations. Then we want to put it on all the Muslims. One thing I can relate to is when a person is at fault. But then you got to get mad at innocent people who have done nothing. That is some crap Donald Trump is putting down.
To say the staff is shorthanded all because of Donald Trump's cabinet hasn't been approved is some more crap too. Thank God 'cause half of them don't even deserve those seats, no way. Too much controversy. We have enough of that with Donald Trump. Everything he has done has been very embarrassing to American people and a slap in the face to our neighbors overseas. I apologize on behalf of us Americans.
I felt Donald Trump was so rude when he addressed the federal judge as "so-called judge." So now we are bullying the judge. If I was that judge, I would put a defamation lawsuit because that is undermining his authority. I would care if he is the president.
What Donald Trump is going to have to realize is that no man in this country is so high that he is above the law. No officer of law may set that law at defiance with impunity. All the officials in the government, from the highest to the lowest, are creatures of the law and are bound to obey it (Butz v. Economou 98, Sec. 2894, 1978; United States v. Lee, 106 US at 220, 1 Sec., at 2 Col, 1882).
Second of all, Donald Trump needs to realize it's the federal state courts. Like the federal state courts, they have a constitutional obligation to safeguard personal liberties and to uphold federal laws (Stone v. Powell 428 US 465, 483 n. 35 96 Sec. 3039, 49 L.Ed, 2d 1067, 1976). So the federal courts are in the absolute right to halt the ban on immigration to ban immigrants who are US citizens with visas and withholding federal funds and messing with American health care without a replacement is all grounds for lawsuits. The due process clause: based on the findings that persons with disabilities have been faced with restriction, limitations, subjected to a history of purposeful unequal treatments and relegated to a position of political powerlessness in our society based on characteristics that are beyond the control of such individuals. Congress invoked the sweep of congressional authority, including the power to enforce the Fourteenth Amendment to enact the A-DA.
The due process clause requires states to afford individuals with disabilities, fair proceedings, and when denied access to benefits on programs created by state regulations and policies the United Supreme Court in Tennessee v. Lane, 541 US 509, 2004 that the Title II of the ADA validly abrogates the state's Eleventh Amendment Immunity as applied to the context of access to judicial services. That decision was the case supported in United States v. Georgia 126 Sec. 877, 2006. The court in Lane found that Title II enforces rights under the Equal Protection Clause as well as an array of rights subjected to heightened constitutional scrutiny under the due process clause (Lane 541 US at 552-523 acend Constantine 411 F.3dat486-487).
People, we got to get what is rightfully ours and don't let nobody take it away from you. Know your rights, what the constitution and laws of your state or county say. They're very important. Lack of knowledge in different areas of your life and even information in the business world and relationship will help better your life.
Some of this stuff going on in the governments of the United States, United Nations, and the continent—people get very vindictive and quickly let their own selfish agenda get in the way of really helping people the correct way. Giving people what is already theirs anyway. Somebody needs to crack down on the people who are doing the visa. Nobody should not be waiting no years, two or decade, just to get a visa. It doesn't take me that long to get a Georgia ID. Somebody needs to tighten up the people who are up in that department. These people have not gotten into the trouble over that. People deserve to have a visa as soon as possible.
Enough of the bullcrap now. This information I am about to give you is very important.
The United States Constitution:
Article VI
Clause 2: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
Clause 3: The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.
Amendment XIV
Section 3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
