Everyone's Bride

by James Collins (author's profile)

Transcription

Everyone's Bride

Within the wind leaves take flight from trees
Some canoing downstream
Others are lost to birds whom need to nest
My soul delights in the things
Nature shares with me
I am like an expectant mother—
Filled with the gift of joy
I am in awe of Nature's apparel
She is everyone's bride
But no one can give her away—
As she's married to all
