Only A Whisper
Heartache keeps whispering in my ear
Then I think of a happy song
That quenches the moment of sourness
Sometimes I'm able to pray through it
Other times I nurse the misery
But one thing's for sure
God reminds me that he's always near
To him, I want to cling
Letting heartache rest with him
If only I felt assured and confident always
Then I could tiptoe around my disappointment
And enter into God's sanctuary forever
