Another Face

Another Face

In the air I can feel dampness
Beads of moisture streams down my forehead
Rivering down like the American river
My life is like cold pools
Stagnated like my relationships
If i release emotion—who would care?
I'm just another face in the crowd
My dreams continue to hide
Perhaps they are too old to come about
I need to relearn—how to feel again
