Dear Rita,
Howdy! 24/7 is an expression in the U.S. which stands for "24 hours, 7 days a week". In other words, "all the time."
That sucks that George had a tooth knocked out. I've had so many bones broken while in prison it's crazy. I do not fight or get physical with people, and I usually end up a punching bag.
Tell George that I said thanks for the kind words. I'm so tired of being lonely and depressed.
