here beside you
look into my eyes
I'm trying
to be cool
you've got me
wonderin'
here today
gone tomorrow
lonesome lovers
an explosion
in the sky
overdrive hook
hands in
the air
you know
how
I worry.

like a cheetah
under the morning
sky.

I want to start
your heart
your soul
your love

I want to pound
my fist
on my chest
like I'm crazy

I want to awaken
to horns blowing
the earth shaking
holding on for dear life
