Valentine's Day 2018
When it is so quiet
I can hear the dust
blowing across the floor
When the light is so bright
it lights up the dark
under the bed
When I can hear
all the laughter
from out of nowhere
When I feel the pain
from within my being
deep within my heart
When I begin to cry
tears coming from my eyes
rolling down my cheeks
When I realize
this is all there is
the lights are out
When I understand
there is no one else
I'm here alone
