Before the Court, without oral argument, is Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgement, ECF No. 81. The Court has considered the briefings of both parties and is fully informed. For the reasons stated below, the Court grants in part and denies in part.

STALKERS

I've had a female stalking me for years, mostly through social media.
Why?

1) She can't have kids and sees this as a disability; this lead to her jealousy over my daughter.
2) I never give her compliments, to me she walks like a man so I've never been interested.
3) She's obsessed with sexual fantasies involving prisoners, and rollerskates.
4) I told her that having sex with her small dogs is weird. She gets drunk on Golden Cadillacs, gets naked and lays down......
5) She lies about prisoners sexually harassing her.
6) She's insecure and tries to get compliments from mental health prisoners.

I'm sharing my personal nightmare. When these people get free attorneys at tax payers' expense, prisoners get ran over.
In this lawsuit WSP staff harassed, assaulted, threatened me into withdrawing it in 2016.

I kinda feel sorry for her, she's older and desperate.
Maybe if I get her bigger dogs she'll leave me alone.
