Pastoral Deeds

I stand confident that I will find
God's purpose for my life
With all the restrictions that I face
I still find time to bend my knees

To God I pray
That He forgives us of our sins
And that I can look upon others
Squeezing out authentic grins

I think if I were free
I'd pursue pastoral deeds
My words would take flight
Tickling the ears of God's children
For I am confident in God's kingdom
