Dear Grace,
It's really good to hear back from you. I've been doing alright, just taking one day at a time and waiting on the day they set me free. So how have you been?
I have been taking care of my mental health, and I am on meds to control my mood swings. And I've been doing alright so far since I've been back on meds. Yeah, being in prison as long as I have, it's sure is nerve-wracking, for a sure thing.
I'm sorry to hear you have a lisp. That must suck. I don't speak any other languages. I wish I did. What about you? I do wish I could speak many different languages.
By the way, happy belated birthday. If you don't mind me asking, what did you do for your birthday? Whatever it may be, I hope it was a good birthday.
When I was your age, I was out of control. I was partying, getting in trouble with the law, fighting, breaking some girls' hearts and plans for life, and goals. Sad to say, I really didn't have any at all. When I was 18, I was almost married and that didn't work out. So what are your goals?
Yes, we are allowed to keep all our letters and mail we get. I have all of your letters. I would like to keep in touch with you after my release too. So you can send it whenever you want.
No, the prison doesn't do anything at all for Halloween. So did you and your friends have fun for Halloween? So do you have any plans for Thanksgiving? The prison doesn't have anything here for Thanksgiving, and the food sucks big time.
I'm all for the mistakes and malres out. I am going to end here for now. I can't wait to hear from you. Take care, keep strong, and keep your head up.
Always a friend,
