"Valentine's Day"

I know you've been told many things in many ways on this day designated as Valentine's Day. They've tried to flatter you just to hear your laughter. Their attempts to flirt only made you smirk and giggle to yourself, 'cause you knew so well the games people play and the things they will say, just to have their way, but this authentic, there's nothing fictitious so don't be suspicious, this is no game that I'm spitting. I'm not out to break your heart, I wanna capture it with me you'll never know pain and every day be rapturous. You give me butterflies when I see the smile on your face it wasn't coincidence that our paths crossed, it must be fate.

You bring out the best in me, it must be destiny and I'll do anything just to keep you next to me. I'm so addicted to you, I feel like a junky fiending just to hear your lips say that you want me. How could it be that you're everything I want and need??? I know no one's perfect but you're perfect for me. You're classy and jazzy; truly genuine and you're not one in a million, you're one of a kind. This poem may sound just a little lame but it put a smile on your face and that was my aim.
