Friday 22

Happy birthday, Erne.

It's Never Too Late

And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years.
Abraham Lincoln

Years ago I saw a page in an Oprah magazine, that simply read, "It's Never Too Late" in large bold print. I quickly ripped it out and taped it to the end of the hallway underneath the light switch. I needed this daily reminder to follow a long held dream that felt impossible due to my age, as well as other numerous reasons.

Sometimes when I'd walked by briskly, the magazine page would float up in the air and then gently go back down, as if it were whispering to me, "I'm still here, don't give up."

I have finally taken a step into this rather radical dream of mine, without much of an explanation. It does not make sense to the rational mind, it does not fit into my life as I know it, it does not allow me to be who I've been, but insists that I become more than I ever thought I could be. It has had me release layers of why I thought I wanted it and even the way in which it will come to be.

Sometimes we have to let go of "the how" not the "what". The package may look different than we thought it would, but it still carries the essence of our dream.

[As I embrace my ageless wisdom and expand into what my soul is calling me forth to become, I feel immense satisfaction.]

We are living in an unprecedented time where so much is possible that was not possible before. As we expand as a culture and society we see things that defy the aging process and what we could or could not do previously.

I have a ninety-six year old friend that is younger in spirit than some of my girlfriends. Our thoughts about aging have a powerful effect on how we age.

We are spiritual-human beings that have access to ageless wisdom and timeless resources if we are open to them.

When you informed me that our Scientology Prison Outreach was expanding with the Scientology Handbook VM checksheets, I told you that was the greatest birthday gift I could receive, right? Incubating noble thoughts within the prisoner's noospheres will certainly serve the greatest good - as we both know: Noble Thoughts inspire Noble Deeds.

I understand that paper is in fact the appropriate 1st anniversary gift... for newlyweds... but, I didn't have a clue as to who purchased that Walkenhorst's order for me at the time. Apparently, my sarcastic thank you, was uncivilized. "I can assure you it will not happen again." For the love of truth. Noblesse oblige.

With much love,

Be blessed.

W

We have the right to choose what we wish to experience.
